What services do you offer?

I provide bespoke operatic performances for weddings, private events, corporate engagements, and special occasions. My offerings include four standard packages - Pianissimo, Dolce Cantabile, Bravado, and Dramtico, as well as a fully customizable package - Ad Libitum.

Is this traditional opera?

Not entirely. While I do include traditional opera songs in my repertoire, my performances present a modern, refined interpretation of opera—crafted to elevate your event with elegance. From taking center stage, to providing ambient background music, Ashley Griffith Opera can fit every event’s unique needs. The technique is authentically classical; the delivery is intimate, intentional, and tailored to complement your celebration rather than dominate it.

Can we request specific songs?

Yes. Custom repertoire is available through the Ad Libitum package. All requests are reviewed for artistic suitability and are confirmed during your planning consultation.

Do you travel for events?

Yes. I serve clients nationally and internationally. Travel and accommodation fees may apply for locations outside the Atlanta metro area and will be discussed during the pre-booking consultation.

Do you perform with live accompaniment?

I typically perform with professionally produced accompaniment tracks to ensure consistency and sound quality in all environments. Live piano or strings accompaniment can be arranged upon request, pending availability.

How far in advance should we book?

Booking typically occurs 3–12 months in advance for events, especially during high-traffic seasons. I do accept shorter-notice engagements when availability permits.

Do you offer consultation calls?

Yes. Every booking requires a planning consultation prior to booking. These are used to discuss the booking, ensure the date is available, and select the appropriate package for your event. Further communication, used to finalize repertoire, timing, and special requests, are typically completed via email or phone. Clients who book the Ad Libitum package will complete a separate consultation for discussing and selecting all customizations.

If needed, additional consultations may be provided to any client.

Can you perform outdoors?

Yes, provided that appropriate weather conditions and equipment protection are available. Extreme temperatures, wind, or moisture may require an indoor alternative for safety and sound quality.

What do you require at the venue?

On the day of the event, a sound check prior to event start is required, to ensure that all accompaniment tracks and sound levels are correct. I can supply my own microphone and speaker system if the venue doesn’t have a preferred setup. If using venue setups, I require a microphone and speaker system, which allow me to play professional accompaniment tracks while singing.

Do you perform for cultural or religious ceremonies?

Yes. I have extensive experience performing classical and sacred repertoire appropriate for a wide range of cultural and religious traditions. I perform at a wide range of other events as well.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A non-refundable retainer secures your date. Rescheduling is accommodated whenever possible, and any remaining payments follow the terms outlined in your event agreement. Details of this are discussed during the pre-booking consultation.
